Cindy Hayden established Tahoe Mountain Mobile Massage in 2002. Cindy and her team of insured and licensed therapists bring their heated tables, linens, music and essential oils to their client’s homes, offices and hotels throughout all of North Lake Tahoe, California and surrounding areas. Pick and choose from over 15 different modalities including Swedish massage, sport massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, lymph drainage, craniosacral, hot stone, acupressure, pre-natal, reflexology, reiki and many other forms of energy work.
Once you have called or texted Cindy to book your appointment, just sit back and relax while everything is brought to you! A heated, cushioned massage table, complementary aromatherapy, music, and linens are all delivered right to your door-step, making your vacation to Lake Tahoe one to remember!

Cindy has resided in North Lake Tahoe, California since 1998. She was recruited to the University of Nevada, Reno for a spring board diving full-ride scholarship in 1994 and fell in love with Lake Tahoe immediately.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing. She started
her massage training in Truckee, California in 2004 and has since continued her education at six different schools all over California. Cindy is trained in over 15 different modalities including Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, reflexology, lymph drainage, craniosacral, hot stone, acupressure, chair massage, warm bamboo and polarity therapy. With close to 1000 hours of massage education she has created an incredibly successful mobile business called Mountain Massage Tahoe.
When not massaging, you will most likely find Cindy skiing at Squaw Valley, boating and wake surfing on the tranquil waters of Lake Tahoe or mountain biking and hiking in the Sierra Mountains. She hits the road for travels including festivals such as Burning Man (18 Burns thus far) and mountain biking trips and filling her soul by visiting friends, family and clientele all along the way!
